Bloom Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Bloom. By using Bloom, you represent that:

• You are legally permitted to enter into this agreement,
• You have not been convicted of or are not currently charged with any felony or sex crime, and
• You are not prohibited from using digital dating platforms under applicable law.

We reserve the right to remove or suspend accounts that violate these conditions.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information,
• Not impersonate others or create fake accounts,
• Notify us immediately at support@bloom.you if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these Terms.

Bloom is designed to help people find meaningful, authentic relationships — not casual swiping.

We do not guarantee that any particular user or match will be suitable, safe, or lead to a relationship. Bloom provides a platform for users to connect; we are not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the platform.

You agree not to:

• Use Bloom for any unlawful or harmful purpose,
• Harass, bully, abuse, or defame others,
• Post or send sexually explicit, violent, or discriminatory content,
• Solicit money, advertise, or promote external links or services,
• Include external contact information (Instagram, email, etc.) in your profile or chat messages,
• Upload content that violates another person's rights (including privacy, image, or copyright).

We may review, remove, or block content and accounts that violate these Terms.

You are responsible for all content you upload, including photos, bios, and messages.

By uploading content, you grant Bloom a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

• If you do not use the app for more than 48 hours, your profile may be temporarily hidden.
• Each user can have only one active match at a time. You must unmatch before starting a new one.
• Every match lasts 7 days. After that, you may decide to continue the connection or move on.

These mechanisms exist to encourage intentional and meaningful connections.

Bloom offers paid access through auto-renewing subscriptions managed via RevenueCat, with transactions processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.

• A 7-day free trial is available to new users.
• After the trial, your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled through your app store settings at least 24 hours before renewal.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, according to their policies.
• We do not process or store payment data directly.

You may delete your account at any time within the App settings.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms,
• We suspect fraud, or
• We are required by law to do so.

Upon termination, your access to Bloom and its data may be permanently removed, except as required by law for limited retention.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, both on and off the platform. Use caution and common sense when meeting someone in person.

Bloom is not liable for any damages, harm, or losses resulting from user interactions, online or offline.

Your privacy matters to us. Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

All content and software within Bloom (except user content) are owned by Fusion Projects Inc. or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of Bloom without our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Bloom and Fusion Projects Inc. are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, emotional distress, or lost opportunities.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the service in the preceding 12 months.
• Bloom is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fusion Projects Inc., its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of Bloom,
• Violation of these Terms, or
• Violation of another person's rights.

By using Bloom, you agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration on an individual basis, under the laws of Delaware, USA.

You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

If arbitration is not enforceable, disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Delaware state or federal courts.

We may update these Terms periodically. When we make changes, we will post them here and update the "Last updated" date.

Continued use of Bloom after changes means you accept the new Terms.
